Selling Art on South Congress

This summer on Saturdays, with the help of Central Texas Annie, I will be selling some of my artwork on South Congress at the market. Here's some shots from this morning. I will be working on originals and prints for each week. Come on down and check it out.

Vistitors

A few welcome visitors have eaten up some of my red milkweed and dill plants. Please, say hello to the monarch caterpillar. I have seen about 10 so far this spring in the garden, but have yet to stumble upon the cocoon or chrysalis... until this morning! I showed my little one, who is 21 months, and of course she just wanted to get her cute little fingers on it and squish, but seemed very interested and I told her to not touch. Can't wait to keep an eye on this one.

Art Gardening and Raising a family in Austin

A good friend told me, "gun to your head, would you be able to do it." Heck yes. My daughter has inspired me and in her words (she is 20 months old), "let's go!"
